With nearly three decades in public service and higher education, Quentin brings a practitioner's perspective that no traditional consulting firm can offer. During his tenure, he secured over $200M in public and private investment, led a $120M citywide fiber broadband initiative, and was selected for the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative and Honeywell Smart City Accelerator.
